As most of you will know I have been starting a alternate history project based around the Idea that in the 1860's the American Civil War, January Uprising and Maximilian Affair turn into a World War that does not go all that well for the USA, Russia or Mexico.

Oh and if anyone has any information on the Navel history of China between 1895 and 1925 please let me know.
